As a Senior Execution Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing order execution support for various product lines. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of LST Execution and you'll work out of the Chickasaw, AL or Baton Rouge, LA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a Senior Execution Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing order execution support for various product lines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as the LST liaison at the ISC facilities
- Inventory management for LST, including blocked stock, FIFO, discards, returns, waivers, and fulfilling specific customer requirements
- Quality management, including SAP setup, working with operations to run to target, etc
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex problems
- Material master setup, master data inputs, SKU rationalization efforts
- Leading and participating in production meetings with ISC
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency
- Provide local expertise for capital projects
- Work with global and site planning to optimize assets and resources
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics OR
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ISC operations, technical support, maintenance, etc
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
