As a Controllership Manager here at Honeywell, you will playa crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of thecontrollership function. You will ensure compliance with accounting policies,procedures, and regulations, and guide the monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial close processes. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness andinsights will facilitate business decision-making, and you will provideguidance and facilitation to cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and completenessof financial statements, maintain compliance with accounting standards, andprovide valuable financial thoughtfulness to drive strategic decision-making.
You will report directly to our Americas Regional FinanceLeader, work closely with the SLP Center Leader on day to day operations and bebased of our SLP (San Luis Potosi) office location operating on a hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and completeness offinancial statements, maintain compliance with accounting standards, andprovide valuable financial thoughtfulness to drive strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of thecontrollership function
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies,procedures, and regulations
• Guide the monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial close processes
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports
• Provide financial thoughtfulness and insights to facilitate businessdecision-making
• Manage and develop a team of controllership professionals
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency
• Interact with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination
• Transform processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Enable andFacilitate M&A activities by providing financial expertise and guidance

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting orcontrollership
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
• Excellentleadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
