A Lead Collections Administrator plays a crucial role inmanaging the accounts receivable for BA. The primary responsibility is toensure that outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintainingstrong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support with collectionactivities.
-Work with internal / externalcustomers
-Respond to customer requests
-Account reconciliations.
-Handle a customer portfolio.
-Order Releases.
-Evaluate risk on customer credit
-Calling customers by phone
-Supporting on Cash Applications
-Update customer information inSAP and related tools and support
-Demonstrate abilities to deliversolutions to problems
-Strong analytical &problem-solving skills
-Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills
-Lead projects that help to reducePD and achieve goals
-Ability to work with lesssupervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios

Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or related field
  • 1-year experience with customerservice and/or collections
  • English Advanced
