Uop is revolutionising it Service organisation to drive increased value with our customers and for Honeywell UOP through digital services. We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager, Digital Services to join our EATCA Service Team during an exciting time for growth. As a key member of the Service Account, you will use your business development, sales experience and technical knowledge to develop Outcome Based Business Model offerings for UOP's refining industry customers. You will drive value-based offerings and support and coach the accounts teams in selling these to their customers. The position will be in UOP's Abu Dhabi Office in UAE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using bottoms up customer pain point data identify new sales opportunities and develop scalable OBBM Performance Solutions to address key customer needs.

• Work closely with other functions in UOP to incorporate Core and Digital Service offering bundles utilizing UOPs full portfolio of products and services.

• Providing consultative support, building value propositions for solutions.

• Work seamlessly across functions; Technical Service, Engineering, CSO Account Managers and Service Managers

• Work closely with the Digital team to understand and promote the latest offerings available to capture the largest revenue opportunities within the region.

• You will provide Technical Proposals, and will be responsible for developing, in conjunction with the Business Account Team, suitable commercial strategies and proposals. Use your knowledge of customers and the industry to identify and execute a strategy to win business.

• Deliver on financial targets for MENA digital services.

• Work closely with Service Managers and Sales Managers to develop a robust pipeline for each customer site in region.

• Identify opportunities for customer value creation by developing leads. This includes proactively prospecting for new units, identifying bottlenecks to promote revamp opportunities, look for performance improvements that Connected could improve

• Manage the forecast to ensure accuracy and provide accurate monthly summaries to LST VP.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Significant experience in the refining (15-20 yrs)

• Previous experience in business development, sales or sales support with a proven ability to succeed against sales targets in either direct or supporting roles

• Ability to present to diverse audiences, and ability to create a well-articulated pitch

• Ability to travel minimum 30%

• Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach

• Passion for executing sales plans for new business opportunities
