KBR is looking for a Senior Recruiter for one year contract to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should be responsible for recruitment activities from Engineering to Field Construction phase of the Project.
- Should have experience in recruiting candidates for PMC, EPCM and Inhouse Engineering project across Middle East.
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment activities in the Recruitment Tracker
- Hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking System - Workday, Taleo, etc
- Should have excellent negotiation skills.
- Managing job specification, Head Hunting, Screening & conducting preliminary interview, sourcing profiles, telephonic interviews, reference checks, Follow-ups for the feedback, Confirmations, and on-boarding of candidates.
- Coordinate with Line Mangers and arrange interviews for the internal & Client based positions.
- Consult with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business.
- Network, source and build a talent pipeline (passive talent sourcing).
- Should have the ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently and in a team.
- Should be an excellent team player.
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Should have 10+ Years of experience in recruiting mid & manager level roles in Oil & Gas Industry
- HR Certifications such as, PHR /SPHR/CIPD etc added advantage...
- Should be Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Should have experience of server-based applicant tracking systems (Such as Workday)
- Should be Proficient with social media platforms and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn).
