Your role and responsibilities

• 通过数据分析和案头研究,收集并分析工业设备延保的定价策略和市场情况 • 分析目前部门全责/延保服务的运营及盈利情况,提出优化建议 • 预估与计算未来合作框架协议中全责/延保服务的定价模型 • 与市场部和技术团队合作,优化全责服务的运营流程 • 参与内部专家访谈,整理访谈记录,汇总访谈观点;

Qualifications for the role

• 硕士在读,主修保险/精算/金融/数学/统计/计算机/软件工程等相关专业
• 熟练使用数据分析工具(如Excel、Python、R等)
• 具备良好的数据分析能力和扎实的统计分析基础,对常见的数据挖掘、机器学习、深度学习等有一定的理解
• 优秀的英文读写能力
