Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement Project Manager with the support of project team is responsible for successful execution/delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget, as per Contract Agreement, with on- quality & safety framework of ABB. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities Main job responsibility 1.Plans, monitors and controls project activities according to project requirement. 2.Actively strives to optimize overall resource planning and utilization considering resources within the local organization. 3.Do project materials planning according to BOM. 4.Handle project quality issue. 5.Project revenue and cost management. 6.Factory load and under absorption management. Customer Satisfaction Management in Projects 1.Assures ABB commitments to customer are met, in accordance with contract. 2.Assures and seeks to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer interaction, e.g. Communication, (phone, e-mail, etc.) and Customer meetings, kick off, review, etc. 3.Works proactively to set customer expectation to assure a smooth project including acceptance of project deliveries and timely payment even under challenging circumstances. 4.Encourages openness & respect, and build trust, confidence & loyalty with customers and partners. 5.Promotes healthy work-life balance within the project team. Project Financial and Cost Management 1.Understands and use Full Cost Calculation/Model and different revenue recognition methods. 2.Understands project exposure 3.Controls project cost and cash flow 4.Influences project expenditures to maximize cash flow.

Qualifications for the role

• Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 1.Minimum three years' experience managing projects.
• 2.Bachelor's Degree and above.
• 3.Experience with Projects of different size, complexity and contractual types.
• 4.PMP certified project manager or same standard ABB certified project manager.
• 5.Good communication skills on all levels both Mandarin and English.
• 6.Proficient with MS Office and SAP.
