Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- The ITC team counsels GE business on global export control and sanctions requirements.
- Management Representative for WSK.
- Acts as an point of contact for export compliance matters, provides compliance advice and oversight for international trade activities (ITC/WSK) in the company.
- Owns local ITC / WSK policies and procedures. Establishes and controls processes required to meet applicable requirements, including digital systems. Drives continuous improvement of ITC/WSK thru implementation of Lean principles.
- Familiar with legal acts, practices, and the export authorizations (licenses, exemptions, exceptions) used within your organization
- Conducts ITS/WSK trainings.
- Applies for governmental export licenses / permits.
- Manages WSK internal and external audits, manages internal WSK auditors. Prepares corrective and/or preventive actions.
- Ensures that all transactions with foreign entities are processed in accordance with the procedures set out by ITC/WSK: analysis of transactions, and inquiries, foreign Refusal Lists (Lexis Nexis Bridger), not allowed transactions, types of required export authorization.
- Keeps records of exports / and imports of goods of strategic importance
- Prepares and submits mandatory reports required by Government institutions.
- Attends Engineering Export Compliance Council meetings.
- Owns and maintains organization's Tagger Matrix up to date.
- Interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.
- Manages ITC Focal Point program.
Military Concession Responsibilities
- Own and Manage local Military Concession process.
- Register and track all transactions. Maintain required documentation.
- Support audits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the ITC and WSK.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to establish relationships and cooperation with peers and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Polish.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Experience in export tagging.
- Experience in Lean management.
