This includes monitoring and maintaining local warehouseinventory, processing and managing orders and returns in an accurate and timelymanner, face to face customer sales and interactions.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to providea professional service to customers, with a view to continually improve thecustomer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Organising local dispatches out of the Branch. Accurate and prompt, picking and packing and dispatching orders
- Front counter sales and enquiries
- Local inventory management, stock checks and preparing stock transfer orders
- Receiving Sales return orders and general office duties
- Warehouse maintenance and management
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Inside sales experience
- Technical Knowledge & Fire industry experience is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- intermediate/Advanced Computer Skills, and SAP experience an added bonus
