We have an opportunity for a Process Excellence Specialist. This position serves to enhance and optimize our proposal and estimation processes across META (Middle East Türkiye and Africa. This role will support the Proposal & Estimation (P&E) Leader in organizing Management Operating System (MOS) initiatives and will involve in-depth KPI analysis and the implementation of optimization actions to drive continuous improvement.

The role will also serve as an internal quality control, ensuring that the Proposal and Estimation team adheres to the highest standards and best practices. By meticulously reviewing proposals and estimates, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback, this role will help elevate the team's performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment of Processes andTools:

• Implement and adaptstandardized proposal and estimation processes and tools across META teams.
• Ensure local processes alignwith global standards while addressing specific market requirements.

KPI Analysis and Optimization:

• Establish, track, and analyze keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for P&E processes to evaluate effectiveness.
• Identify trends and areas for improvementthrough data analysis, leading to actionable optimization initiatives.

Support for META P&E Leader:

• Assist the P&E Leader in organizing theManagement Operating System (MOS) initiatives, including preparing materialsand reports for MOS meetings.
• Collaborate with the P&E Leader tocommunicate performance results and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Engage with supply chain, projectmanagement, finance, and other functions to gather insights and feedback toinform process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions toensure successful implementation of tools and practices.

Training and Adoption:

• Create and deliver training materials toeducate team members on new processes, tools, and KPIs for effective adoption.
• Provide ongoing support to address challengesduring the implementation phase of new processes and tools.

Best Practices Dissemination:

• Identify and share best practices inproposal and estimation processes across teams.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to fostercontinuous learning and improvement in KPI management.

Documentation Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain documentation forprocesses, guidelines, and KPI metrics to ensure clarity and easy access acrossteams.

You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal management, estimation, or process deployment roles, focusing on process excellence and KPI management.
• Knowledge of Honeywell's environment, including Management Operating Systems (MOS) and Proposal & Estimation (P&E) tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI analysis and implementation of optimization actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
