CONTEXT: Our client is launching a new service line focused on flowback and well testing, and they're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to lead business development and revenue growth for this division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts on the production side and a deep understanding of production operations, well testing, and flowback services. You'll work closely with our newly hired operations manager and his experienced team to build client relationships, promote our capabilities, and secure new business.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts on the production side and a deep understanding of production operations, well testing, and flowback services. You'll work closely with our newly hired operations manager and his experienced team to build client relationships, promote our capabilities, and secure new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and grow our Flowback & Well Testing service line.
- Identify and target potential clients in production operations (Operators, Production Superintendents, Engineers, etc.).
- Leverage existing production-side contacts to generate leads and secure contracts.
- Promote company capabilities, differentiators, and operational strengths in Flowback & Well Testing.
- Collaborate closely with the Ops Manager to ensure alignment between sales and execution.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and pricing.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in oil & gas sales, preferably in flowback, well testing, or production services.
- Existing network of production-side contacts (Operators, Engineers, Decision-Makers).
- Solid understanding of upstream production operations, especially flowback and well testing workflows.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset - able to build a book of business from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally to visit clients and field locations.
- 5+ years of oilfield service sales experience.
- Background in well testing or flowback operations is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is beneficial, but not required.
