This Position reports to:
Global IS CX Architecture & Effectivenes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Employee Experience: Supports experience design and execution of onboarding, engagement, and team development processes and activities.
  • Support Cultural Transformation: Designs and executes CX cultural initiatives.
  • Training & Development Support: Helps coordinate and communicate learning programs and opportunities.
  • Facilitates specific internally designed trainings.
  • Community Management: Maintains and enhances internal team communication channels, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Events Management: Supports preparation and excellence in execution of Team Townhalls and other Team online events.
  • Team Reporting & Documentation: Reports development and maintenance on people metrics, and internal team KPIs.
  • Employee Engagement: Supports the analysis of the employee engagement survey and assists in action planning.
  • Continuous improvement: Supports improvement of team internal processes.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, HR, Behavioral science, Communications, or a related field.

8 years of total experience with 1-3 years.

Certifications good to have - Power BI, Agile methodologies
