This Position reports to:
Sustainability Business Head

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and contribute to improving sustainability performance in sustainability team in the Motion Business Area. You will contribute to improving the sustainability performance of the business, with a particular focus on environment (climate and circularity), supporting projects regarding sustainability value creation, awareness raising and training (focus on sales) and sustainability benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the integration of sustainability strategy into business activities by working closely with leadership.
• Developing and updating toolkits, training initiatives, and awareness programs, with a focus on sales and segment management.
• Assisting local units in leveraging sustainability as a value creator, refining positioning strategies, and building partnerships.
• Conducting trend analysis, benchmarking sustainability reports, and supporting strategic decision-making on environmental topics.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree/Master/courses in economics, management, sustainability field.
• You have experience in the field of sustainability, ESG reporting aspects / (alternative) exposure to ESG reporting and sustainability is a plus.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem solving and interdisciplinary thinking skills. Strong team-player. Highly proactive and result-driven attitude.
• Good Knowledge of Office Package and Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
