This position reports to
Master Data Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division. You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. • Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. • Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. • Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Degree in Engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken
