Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for Field Service Manager at ABB A/S, Marine & Ports division. You will be responsible for leading our Electrical Field Service Team. Our Life Cycle and Field Services include offering for frequency converters, automation, switchboards, rotating machines, and transformers. You will closely cooperate with our local Service projecting and Service units globally. We offer you a valuable opportunity to contribute to the development of ABB Marine business and to develop into a specialist in our products and systems as well as projecting and sales. • Working as a line manager for the field service team. • Allocating workers to our Service projects together with project team. • Maintaining and further building a local and global competence network. • Close cooperation with our Service projecting and Marine Service Centers. • Ensuring safety, profitability, consistent quality and customer satisfaction. • Building sustainable customer relationships and utilizing feedback to promote continuous development of processes and practices. • Participate in site and customer visits.

Qualifications for the role
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, rather from Marine.
- You collaborate effectively with others and engage positively with customers. You seek solutions actively.
- Interaction with both customers and the ABB team is an important part of this job, so you have good communication skills.
- Good Danish and English skills are required.
- You are familiar with MS Office software.
