- Provide the most cost effective and convenient Travel Itinerary to all internal and external customers in a professional manner across Dragon Oil
- Improve Travel Operation, Process, Systems, Policies and vendor relationship management.
- Reconciliation of invoices and liaising with Finance Department/vendor, preparation and monitoring of Admin/Travel budget and creation of Dashboards and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide travel arrangements (accommodation, flight bookings, transportation, etc.) to accommodate business and project needs.
- Negotiate best available corporate rates with hotels, car rental companies, etc., as well as travel agencies throughout the year (seek and maintain local knowledge as to best seasonal pricing and availability).
- Review and analyze costs to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track and report on visa applications and rejections.
- Answer Employee's inquiries on Travel policy & process.

- Maintain and update weekly/monthly report on all bookings made.
- Prepare weekly Dashboard for weekly meeting.
- Prepare adhoc reports as requested by Head of Government Relations & General Services.
- Build a strong working relationship with the travel agencies, airlines and hotels in order to get the best corporate deal for the company.
- Ensure that Travel needs are met within the constraints of the Company Travel Budget.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Travel or Tourism or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in travel reservations with knowledge of ticketing, fare calculation and revalidation/reissues.
