Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate property records in the organization's system(s) of record to ensure complete lifecycle accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP).
- Receive, issue, and track all property in accordance with the approved Property Plan and FAR regulations.
- Conduct physical inventories, inspections, and self-assessments using established metrics to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment to project locations, ensuring accurate tracking and updates within the property system.
- Facilitate the disposal of surplus or obsolete property through proper documentation and disposal process.
- Validate that system of record data (e.g., property locations, status,) reflects the actual physical environment.
- Support internal and external audits by providing reports, supporting documentation, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure contract compliance for property management regardless of which team or function has physical custody of the assets.
- Provide property listings, surveys, and reports to government customers as required for annual and ad hoc reporting.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition, following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment on property status and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and equipment setup.
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining detailed records.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred - Experience with government property management regulations (FAR Part 45 or equivalent).
- Preferred: Familiarity with systems of record used for asset management and property accountability.
