Responsibilities
  • Attend to incoming calls and email enquiries on rental of facilities in National Library Building and the Public Libraries
  • Conduct site visits for clients to view the facilities
  • Process application forms on booking matters, from calculating rental charges to putting up proposal for director's approval
  • Track and monitor rental payment and security deposit and follow up on overdue payment. Process confirmation email with official receipt attached and follow up on logistics arrangements
  • Prepare directional signage and complimentary carpark coupons
  • Meet clients on actual event day to ensure that they are satisfied with logistics done services provided
  • Process refund of security deposit within one week after event ended
  • Update revenue earnings and prepare monthly report on facilities usage rate and revenue earnings
  • Assist in the review of rental rates for NLB facilities when needed.
  • Coordinate and undertake the marketing and promotional activities related to the hiring of NLB facilities when required by NLB


Requirements
  • Nitec or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in hospitality/customer service
  • Service oriented, strong sense of urgency, team player and willing to learn
  • Energetic, presentable and sociable with a pleasant disposition
