Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regula-tions, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing the non-conformities opened by the customer, in particular: - Follow up with supplier and customer to get and clarify project details; - Get used and learn customer Tool in order to manage claims; - Open, analyze and close old and new claims. • Uploading and checking purchase orders in our ERP system, SAP, toward our suppliers, granting the correct execution of the whole process. • Supporting the revenue recognition process, following up with customers and suppliers, also ensuring the correct process execution in SAP. • Handling improvement projects related to KPI management, data analysis, and standardization (i.e., PowerBi projects, checklist handover maintenance and improvement, backlog and LDs analysis, etc.). • Preparing and sharing questionnaires with suppliers and clients to evaluate our project management process and behaviors, aiming to improve customer perception toward ABB. • Analyzing the project execution process together with the project management team to improve and standardize the different phases and activities. • Joining a high-performing team and thriving in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or engineering.
• You enjoy working in a team, you are a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Office Package, PowerBi is considered a plus.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken.
