Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization by managing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and coordinating a skilled proposal team. The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role is contributing to the Marine department in Ostrava. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Proposal Development: • Develop and submit compliant, compelling proposals. • Review RFP packages to structure responses effectively. 2. Team Coordination: • Assemble and lead proposal teams. • Support Sales Managers and cross-functional teams. 3. Process Management: • Lead internal proposal reviews for RFP compliance. • Collaborate with various departments to create winning strategies. 4. Execution and Delivery: • Ensure timely proposal delivery and document lessons learned. • Facilitate creation of proposal elements and coordinate pricing activities. 5. Continuous Improvement: • Participate in audits and negotiations. • Analyze previous costs to ensure accurate pricing. • Maintain and optimize proposal asset libraries. 6. Environment: • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications for the role
- Experience in proposal creation/development and technical writing.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
