Local Motion Manager
Your role and responsibilities
1. Management/Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to MO Senior Vice President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, expense tracking and other allied duties. Also, perform other related duties assigned by HRBP as and when required. 2. Office Management: Oversee office operations, including maintaining office assets and supplies, coordinating maintenance and transport services for ABB guests abroad, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. 3. Sales Coordination: Full support to MOSE Sales Team with high priorities in responding to all Customers documentary needs as well as supporting Sales Team requirements on day to day basis, to meet their needs efficiently and effectively. Same support also is given to other MO divisions (MOSD, MODP, MOLM, MOIM, MONM) Sales Teams, by performing tasks to quality standards to ensure customers satisfaction. 4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and facilitating effective communication. 5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 6. Project Management Coordination: Full support to all Project Management Team with their documentary needs especially when Field Service Engineers are out on site. 7. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, customer events, meetings, and training sessions. 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. / English
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Presentation & PowerPoint knowledge and preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
