The role

As a Quality Lead for South Asia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management System, supporting ISO and API certifications, conducting root cause analyses, defining corrective and preventive actions, and presenting findings to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and compliance as top priorities across all business areas.
• Ensure the Quality Management System is understood, followed, measured, and communicated regularly.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations, identify corrective and preventive actions, and drive their completion.
• Support the consolidated risk-based audit plan, including ISO and API internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality improvements and continuous improvement.

What we need to see from you

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service operations or manufacturing.
• You possess proven experience in an ISO and API compliant quality management system.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in root cause analysis tools.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are proficient in English and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
