Reporting to the Global Marketing Director for Bloomsbury Digital Resources and Global Sales Director the Bloomsbury Digital Resources Lead Generation and Consortia Support Associate will be a creative self-starter excited by the idea of working in digital publishing and building a brand withing Academic publishing. All other territories: $46,000-$50,400
Location:
We are seeking candidates located within the DC, MD, VA region or the NY tri-state area who can work a hybrid schedule from our Greenbelt MD or NYC office. Additionally, candidates based in NC will be considered for remote work.

Salary Description
$46,000 to $55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- RFP Support: Monitor leads sources and collaborate with the Sales Operations team in collating data from multiple departments in support of database Requests for Proposals.
- Consortia Sales Support: Support sales management by maintaining consortia price book, creating and processing consortia opportunities, troubleshooting consortia needs, and other support as needed.
- Library Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team and sales management to plan and execute targeted campaigns for academic libraries and consortia partners.
- Newsletter Management: Assist in the development, editing, and distribution of the Librarian Newsletter and the Quarterly Newsletter, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Lead Generation: Support initiatives aimed at identifying and qualifying leads within the library and consortia space, using digital tools and outreach strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Run and distribute established regular sales reports as well as ad hoc reports as requested by management. Track campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and newsletter engagement. Compile regular reports to help inform marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- CRM and Data Management: Maintain accurate contact and campaign records in the CRM system, supporting list segmentation and campaign targeting. Work with sales team to ensure accurate account and opportunity data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, and product teams to align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in the academic and library marketing space to be compiled for regular reports.
- Administrative Support: Assist with organizing presentation decks, webinars, events, and internal coordination as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce or other CRM databases.
- Experience creating, scheduling, and deploying emails through Mailchimp, Salesforce, or other email management software.
- Basic experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
- A confident, creative, collaborative person with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload.
- A flexible team player who is always prepared to participate in a new project and build relationships with colleagues around the globe.
- Articulate and able to present confidently both internally and with customers, agents, and third-party clients.
