This Position reports to:
Local/Hub Business Unit Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the sales of products within the Motion division, aligned with the division's strategy. Each day, you will work toward achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Northwest of Mexico.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Northwest of Mexico.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Communicate delivery times, payment terms, and general conditions to customers in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Execute marketing activities and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Manage sales process administration and support cash collection and project management when needed.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in the mining or cement industry.
- Knowledge of motor and drive applications.
- Intermediate or higher English communication skills.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
