This Position reports to:
IS Senior Service Owner, Legal&Integrity

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholders management, end-to-end IS Service delivery, including strategic and tactical planning, budget management, solution development and maintenance. Person on this position will lead a delivery and operational team, composed of internal employees and vendors, ensuring appropriate capacity and capabilities required to deliver top quality solutions to our internal customers.

The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid .

This role is contributing to the IS Services Globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Build a roadmap and own end-to end service lifecycle, make sure it's aligned with the target architecture roadmap - Establish relationship with multiple business partners and stakeholders, understanding their strategical, operational and tactical needs
• Monitor delivery of projects/services/support and ensure that delivery meets business expectations and agreed schedules
• Propose and deliver actions required to improve the overall quality of the service. Reviews the outcome of the work provided by external partners.
• Manage communication to stakeholders, including required change management, updates regarding service life cycle and KPI's reporting
• Maintain the services financial control and distribution, keeping cost within budget
• Be accountable for all required compliance metrics for your service area
• Be a true partner for customers, help and contribute to their roadmaps related to technology, be a member of leadership team for Legal & integrity service and impact service strategy and roadmap efforts

Qualifications for the role

• Master's Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
• 8- 10 years of experience in IS Delivery roles, Minimum 3 years of experience managing global application/services- Sound knowledge of Information Systems development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and Information Systems technologies - Extensive knowledge of ITIL processes
