• Network Builder: Unlock opportunities and partnerships with potential clients, sponsors, and supporters.
• Mentor & Coach: Shape the future of our leadership team by sharing your expertise.
• Visionary Strategist: Guide our organisation into the future by navigating trends and creating innovative strategies.

Your Impact
As a Network Builder:
• Use your influence to open doors to partnerships that generate revenue, including potential clients, sponsors, and corporate supporters.
• Identify and introduce organisations aligned with our mission and financial goals.
• Act as an ambassador for Generation Success in key forums and professional spaces.
As a Mentor & Coach:
• Provide practical guidance to our leadership team, helping them build confidence, refine skills, and drive impact.
• Support team members in becoming leaders, fostering sustainable growth.
• Share best practices and real-world insights to help deliver world-class programmes.
As a Visionary Strategist:
• Shape our long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with emerging trends in diversity, technology, and social mobility.
• Help navigate challenges and opportunities to maintain our innovative and impactful approach.
• Bring thought leadership to guide the organisation through macro-level changes, from AI advancements to policy shifts.

• Approximately 10-12 hours per quarter, including board meetings and optional contributions such as networking, mentoring, or strategic planning.
