This position reports to

Head of Global Marketing

Your role and responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create media for online and offline channels in compliance with corporate design guidelines, working closely with our brand management team. • Product Marketing: Design and compose visuals for our product launches and campaigns. • Online Marketing: Develop and independently implement creative and compelling graphic assets for our website, newsletters, and social media channels. • Support: Assist the marketing team with various HR projects and internal communications.

Qualifications for the role

• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic and design, ideally with an agency background
• A creative and proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach, strong collaboration skills, and a high level of execution power
• Self-initiative comes naturally to you - you actively contribute ideas, independently drive projects forward, and focus on successful implementation
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
