Essential skills and knowledge
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to turnover.
- Lead and optimize the AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) process to streamline work planning and execution.
- Coordinate daily with subcontractors, trades, and internal engineering/procurement teams.
- Maintain strict safety compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor construction progress using tools like Q3 (preferred), with foresight into 90-day windows to anticipate and resolve issues early.
- Conduct progress reviews, analyze schedule variances, and lead mitigation efforts.
- Support commissioning, mechanical completion, and handover processes.
- Represent the company's field leadership with confidence, clarity, and technical precision
Essential skills and knowledge
- 10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale industrial projects - LNG, Hydrogen, Ethylene, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), or related sectors.
- Strong background in construction project management and AWP implementation.
- Field-proven leadership in coordinating multiple contractors and managing daily execution.
- Experience with tools such as Q3 is a strong plus.
- Prior experience on international energy projects is highly desirable.
- Independent, hands-on problem solver with a "know what needs to be done" attitude.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP or CM certification a plus
