This Position reports to:
Field Service Team Leader

Key responsibilities

Ensures safe, timely, and efficient execution of all warehousing operations, including packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate ERP system data

Checks the quality of incoming goods, controls customs documents, and participates in regular inventory processes

Maintains daily communication with suppliers, supports the team in daily operations, and ensures smooth coordination across departments

Assists the sales support team in managing customer orders from entry to delivery, provides updates during repair processes, and collaborates with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics

Knowledge of SAP and holding a valid forklift license

Strong team player with the ability to handle daily operational tasks

Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish
