What are you going to do
Essential skills and knowledge
- Acts as Company Representative supporting Vessel Lead to assure safe execution of installation and marine operations.
- Communicate activity status and progress to PMT for corrective actions.
- Serve as a day-to-day interface with EPC Contractor onboard installation vessel.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project specification, procedures and plans.
- Coordinate with MWS issuance of Certificate of Approval (CoA) to enable efficient execution of operations.
- Assist in collection of documentation related to installation activities such as equipment and personnel certifications, daily progress reports and minutes of meetings, Management of Change (MOC), survey and as-built reports to accurately record execution of operations.
- Assure work execution within established procedures and approve required modifications.
- Interface with various project team members on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative and flexibility to assure effective collaboration.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the offshore construction industry with broad experience in the offshore pipeline installation and facility heavy lifting such as jackets, top sides, bridges and modules.
- Extensive experience in supervision of pipelay and heavy lift operations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Field Engineer or Site Supervisor onboard offshore installation vessels.
- Worldwide experience with Contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities.
