This Position reports to:
Global Paint Upgrade Sales Support Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

Work model: onsite

• Work in global environment with worldwide ABB internal teams.
• Manage and support upgrade projects on time delivery to worldwide.
• Create BOL quotations and support local teams to place UPI BOL order successfully.
• Good cooperation with internal teams, such as PDP production, logistics and front-end teams.
• Work for order handling process and documents to ensure all order deliveries are received smoothly.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major
• 2+ years project management experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing) - must
• Good interpersonal communications skill
• A good team playe
• Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel)
• Available working under time pressure
