Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs. The work model for the role is:#LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Inside sales and administrative support to existing North America business development team. • General support for sales team with activities such as preparing for sales meetings, completing expense reports, making travel arrangements, prepare internal business reviews, Internal project screening, Coordinating Internal Resources, Data Entry and Reporting, Conduct Risk Reviews. etc. • Support sales team with activities towards customer relationship management, performance monitoring and reporting. Complete Updates in sales tools such as SFDC (Visit reports, Monthly sales KPI's dashboard, Power BI Reports, Opportunity, and Pipeline Management) • The role includes actions such as lead Generation, responding to RFPs / RFIs, Research and Meeting Prep, Other Prospecting Activities, screening opportunities from trade news and industrial databases and make initial contact with potential customers. • Manage communications - high quality internal and external newsletters with weekly/monthly updates. Qualifications for the role

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in inside sales support, with business development skills as a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with Electrical, Automation, and Digital products and solutions is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency is essential.
• Work Ethic: Ability to perform effectively in complex environments and under pressure, with a strong sense of time management and urgency.
• Communication & Customer Focus: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-Driven & Learning Approach: Self-motivated, proactive, and a fast learner who shares knowledge and can train peers/customers.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed university with first-class pass marks.
