Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance (PM) on machines and facility systems as scheduled.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on all types of equipment under the guidance of senior Maintenance Technicians.
- Support maintenance tasks related to IMM and CNC machinery.
- Use hand tools, measuring instruments, multimeters, and temperature meters safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety procedures.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for equipment movement and maintenance support.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic mechanical and electrical skill set.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical documentation.
- Comfortable using standard maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship from higher-level technicians.
- Experience operating a minimum sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
