Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building services.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory of tools/supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate and update clients promptly on work activities and status including works performed by specialist and sub-contractors on daily basis
  • Ensure prompt update for SO&M on work activities completed
  • Prepare and submit quotations timely to client for approval.
  • Report status as requested by HQ pertaining to EHS related matter


Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably FSM certification.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety).
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
