The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead a talented team, elevate customer experience, and grow revenue? Join us as HVAC Service Manager and put your leadership-and technical know-how-at the heart of our next stage of growth.
What You'll Do

• Leadership Excellence - Coach, motivate, and hold accountable a team of plumbing and electrical technicians to ensure top-tier workmanship and safety.
• Drive Revenue Performance - Develop growth strategies, partner with sales & marketing, and nurture customer relationships to exceed monthly targets.
• Optimize Operations - Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer-care teams to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and boost first-time-fix rates.
• Provide Technical Guidance - Be the go-to expert for complex diagnostics, code compliance, and emerging technologies.
• Champion Customer Satisfaction - Monitor quality, resolve escalations, and reinforce our 5-star service culture.
• Develop the Team - Run weekly training, ride-alongs, and performance reviews that unlock each tech's potential and build a strong bench for promotion.

What You Bring

• Proven success managing residential HVAC/Plumbing service teams, including revenue accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of Philadelphia-area codes, permits, and best practices; PA journeyman/master license(s) a plus.
• Comfortable with field-service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and pass background/MVR checks.
