This Position reports to:
Procurement Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Work model: Onsite

• Learn and understand the basic requirements of strategic procurement
• Support sourcing planning and execution:
  • Get quotes from different suppliers
  • Analysis of quotation comparison based on quotation
  • Negotiate prices, completed quantities and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Participate in the collection, sorting and analysis of procurement data
• Support supplier management requirements and assist supplier KPI evaluation
• Support supplier contract management document preparation and filing

Qualifications for the Role

• Postgraduate, major in supply chain/logistics/International trade/economics/Mechanical/engineering or electronics is preferred
• Excel, SAP, Power BI and other software skill is preferred
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Habitual attention to detail, sensitivity to numbers with analytical skills
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional and regional teams
• Team worker, strong self-learning and progress ability
