This Position reports to:
Continuous Improvement Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Work model: Onsite

• Non-Conforming Product Handling Support Assist in root cause analysis of defective products, categorize non-conforming items, and document findings. Track and validate corrective actions for quality issues; support improvement report drafting. Participate in non-conforming product review meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Quality Reporting & Documentation. Support preparation of product quality reports, including defect rate trends and inspection data analysis. Maintain and update quality-related documents (e.g., inspection standards, process guidelines). Assist in data compilation and analysis for customer complaints or product returns.
• Inspection & Process Support. Assist in incoming, in-process, or final product inspections through sampling and testing. Conduct quality audits, record deviations, and escalate issues to engineers. Support basic quality tool applications (e.g., SPC data entry, Pareto chart creation).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues. Contribute to quality improvement projects and initiatives.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's or master's degree student in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
• good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills and sense of teamwork.
• Familiar with various office software, Power BI/Auto Cad is preferred; experience in quality inspection tools (such as calipers, dial gauges).
• Careful, responsible, able to adapt to the manufacturing environment.
