Job Description
This role is an exciting career opportunity for those of you who are fluent in English and who aspire to develop a career in the accounting and finance fields. As Supply Chain Analyst you will be mainly responsible for creating Procurement reports to support the Corporate Procurement team in Montreal but not only, to identify improvements and provide insightful information over company's spendings.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly skilled in Excel, stay organized, manage to prioritize different projects, pay attention to details and take full ownership of the tasks with a high sense of autonomy. You will ensure all Procurement activities are in compliance with the company policies and working procedures. One of your main responsibilities will be to build reports periodically and share them with different stakeholders. The main data source will be Oracle, but other sources will need to be consulted as well (other ERPs, reports from vendors, etc). You will also investigate any issues/gaps Procurement related and provide solutions in order to streamline the process. You will be involved in recurrent projects, such as PO cleanup, receiving of goods/services or acruals analysis, but also you will make use of your expertise and broad knowledge by being involved in ad-hoc projects related to Procurement. You will report as per the FSSC hierarchy, but frequently you will be closely collaborating with the Corporate Procurement team in Montreal, as a majority of requirements will be coming from their side.
The position is mainly addressed to you if you are highly skilled in Excel. Initial training on the process will be given, but a critical thinking and constant pursuit for excellence is what will help you succeed in this dynamic role.

The Supply Chain Analyst role is part of the Accounts Payable Team of AtkinsRéalis Finance Shared Service Centre based in Bucharest.
Role and Responsibilities
- Complete and monitor financial receiving for professional services and other purchases; act as Receiver in Oracle on any Operating Unit (Corporate Canada with priority)
- Weekly report preparation (KPI to track and monitor) of unpaid invoices
- Report creation (Level of authority, Purchase order, etc.) in support to Corporate Functions and other Business Units if required (Corporate Canada with priority)
- Create, improve, and run procurement reports based on KPI requirements or for other purposes
- Assist buyers to monitor their purchase order's (tasks including but not limited to old PO's cleanup, cost management entries analysis, fix unbalanced POs by tracking missing receipts or invoices)
- Perform quarterly financial analyze for major supplier accounts
- Support telecom link team (purchases, receiving and reports)
- Assist contract managers for ad-hoc data analyze request for purchases
- Assist Procurement manager on special projects (e.g., audit, travel, special tasks)
- Support on yearly spent analysis reports (all AtkinsRéalis group data compilation)
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
- Actively contribute to creation, completion or update training documents and working procedures
- Prepare and deliver user trainings when required
- Ensure appropriate testing of new functionalities, UAT, new integrations, etc.
- Identify process improvements and actively contribute to streamline the procurement process
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to identify solutions on ad-hoc basis
- Actively collaborate with internal and external clients to support the procurement process
- Perform Procurement related activities allocated by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Romanian (French is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced/Expert Excel level mandatory, Alteryx and Power BI is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay process
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in Finance / Accounts Payable fields is a plus
- University Degree (studies in Economics is plus) or relevant work experience
- Candidate based in Romania
