This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. • Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders. • Implementing activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives. • Assisting in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and with corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications for the role
- You have 5+ years of technical and commercial experience in the large motors market.
- You have experience in developing new clients, including delivering technical and commercial training.
- You have an advanced level of English.
- You are available to travel.
- Experience and technical proficiency with drives is a plus.
- Experience with sales CRMs and SAP is desirable.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
