Wood is recruiting for a Contractor Pumper III to join its Operations team focusing on Oil & Gas. This opportunity is in Pecos, Texas working a 10/4 rotation and 8 hours per day.
Ensure that wellheads located in fields across a wide area are properly maintained and working efficiently. Pumpers log data, check and test gauges and perform minor repairs. Local candidates only. The Role
Location: Pecos, Texas
Remote/Onsite: Site-based
Hours: 8 hours per day
Schedule: 10/4 rotation
The Contract Pumper II is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of wellheads across a wide field area. The position requires experience with gas lifted wells, ESPs, and three-phase separation, as well as the ability to perform minor repairs, log operational data, and monitor equipment performance. Strong familiarity with oilfield equipment and maintenance practices is essential to support safe and reliable field operations.
