Your role and responsibilities
As an OEM Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for commercial performance in your geographical area: North-East France. You will work closely with internal teams (technical/application support) to achieve your objectives. As a true advisor, you will assist your clients in defining solutions tailored to their needs. Your missions: Develop and maintain a client portfolio: Develop and implement commercial action plans. Implement the sales strategy: Provide sales forecasts and analyze market trends. Be the primary point of contact for clients: Collaborate with technical teams to meet client needs. Support product launches: Ensure the success of new products in your territory. Negotiate commercial contracts: Work with internal departments to finalize agreements. Listen to client needs: Use your knowledge of the Group's solutions and products to propose suitable offers. Improve workflows and customer satisfaction: Take necessary measures to optimize processes.

Qualifications for the role
- You have a minimum of a Bac+2, ideally with a dual competence in commerce and technical fields (mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, etc.), and initial experience in industrial sales. You are proficient in English, computer and digital tools, and capable of working independently.
