HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to join the HR team located in Dalmine. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite and You will be mainly accountable for: • Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agree-ment(s). • Supports employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool). • Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. • Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. • Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. • Provides on-demand reports related to the process, where required. • Supports the team on ad hoc activities.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in human resources field. Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent business English and Italian.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical skills and good attention to details.
• A customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can do" attitude.
