As a Junior Credit Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Global Credit Team and will be based in our Global Finance Shared Service Center in Costa Rica. You will play a key role in evaluating and making informed decisions about the creditworthiness of existing and prospective customers. By analyzing financial data in alignment with the company's credit policy, you will contribute to maintaining a healthy and strategic credit portfolio. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support all credit management related queries, provide training as necessary
• Prepare and distribute daily reports on orders on credit hold, gather updates, communicate estimation and trend to management
• Ensure that credit hold targets are achieved
• Gather the necessary documentation for credit decisions by partnering with internal / external customers or from available credit bureau agencies
• Consult and negotiate with internal customers regarding financial transactions, payment history and credit limits
• Monitor any high value overdue balances, assess associated risks, and provide recommendations for resolution
• Monitor legal accounts and cases; gather information and keep the records up to date; coordinate and register any bad debt write off processes
• Provide information to auditors, participate in audits as required

• You understand the meaning and implications of key financial indicators.
• You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities.
• You articulate credible pictures and visions of possibilities that will create sustainable value.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Advanced student or Bachelor's degree (Accounting / Business Administration / equivalent).
• Between 1-2 years of experience in credit control/credit analysis
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Decision making skills
