Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a passion for sustainability. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to team members on hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
