Purpose of the Job

This position is responsible for aggressively generating and qualifying new leads through daily calls and meticulous data entry of verified accounts and key contacts into the company system, requiring effective communication and detailed information gathering to identify decision-makers. This position also optimizes lead generation processes, enhance product awareness through various channels, analyze marketing performance, and ensure comprehensive activity tracking and follow-up within the company system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate quality calls daily to generate and qualify new leads and engage potential customers and end users.
  2. Manage a daily territory of end-users, identifying key decision-makers by collecting relevant contact details, including phone numbers, emails, and job titles.
  3. Communicate effectively with potential leads to gather pertinent account details using a structured question form.
  4. Establish and refine lead generation processes to attract high-quality leads.
  5. Initiate customer inquiries and build interest in company products or services.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to enhance lead generation and conversion.
  7. Increase product or service awareness through promotional events, such as trade shows, seminars, or speaking engagements.
  8. Document all activities, track performance, and ensure proper follow-up on leads in the company system.
  9. Conduct thorough research via Google and other resources to gather information on contacts and end-users.
  10. Leverage Seamless.AI to identify potential leads and decision-makers, ensuring all relevant contact details are captured and accounts are created in the company system for follow-up.

Qualifications: Education & Experiences
  • BA or BS, Business Administration preferred.
  • At least 3 years of B2B Sales Lead generation experience, preferably within strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role, demonstrating a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily/weekly targets for lead generation and account creation.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM for managing sales activities, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Competencies, Skills & Knowledge
  • Have a solid understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Have a basic understanding or awareness of digital and email marketing to directly outreach and leverage tools like Seamless.AI and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills to engage leads, gather information, and build interest.
  • Ability to establish and refine lead generation processes.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and business management skills to effectively manage workload and contribute to overall sales effectiveness.
