About This Role:
As the Senior Regional Warehouse Manager, you will assist warehouse managers in all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities. You will oversee all
OWE warehouse operations, travel as needed to coordinate new warehouse launches, and travel at set intervals to provide process training, promote company culture, and standardize SOPs, organization, and reporting for optimal efficiency.

About This Role:
As the Senior Regional Warehouse Manager, you will assist warehouse managers in all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities. You will oversee all
OWE warehouse operations, travel as needed to coordinate new warehouse launches, and travel at set intervals to provide process training, promote company culture, and standardize SOPs, organization, and reporting for optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory counts, identify root causes, recommend corrective action, and help manage inventory supply.
- Audit warehouse staff for work instruction/SOP compliance and track/report KPIs.
- Oversee the initial setup of subcontractor and warehouse relationships.
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts, replenishment levels, and database updates.
- Train warehouse managers on standardized daily processes and PO & SO accuracy audits.
- Maintain detailed records of material flow and resolve order issues.
- Ensure material availability to support installation needs.
- Select, hire, train, and develop warehouse staff; conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse teams across multiple locations.
- Train teams on communicating material needs to the procurement team for job accuracy.
- Research and correct discrepancies on orders and invoices.
- Coach teams with meaningful feedback and performance guidance.
- Review work orders and forecasts to manage delivery timelines and assignments.
- Operate and train others on warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks, trailers).
- Participate in policy and procedure reviews to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate warehouse materials to ensure quality and compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with OSHA Powered Industrial Truck requirements and emergency response.
- Understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) & Sales Orders (SO).
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
- Strong leadership and logistics experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills related to personnel and inventory management.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Travel up to 60% of the time.
- Must pass pre-employment screening and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record.
