Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with Sales and Transportation leadership to formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute targeted sales plans for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and dealership segments, promoting heavy haul solutions.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
• Monitor competition and share actionable insights to support adaptive strategies.
• Support the transportation customer care team and contribute to the development of inside sales capabilities by sharing technical knowledge and product guidance.
• Support contract discussions by providing product expertise and ensuring service offerings meet customer expectations

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 10+ years of sales experience in logistics or transportation, with a proven track record of client development.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive results across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for sales forecasting.
• Energetic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a hunter mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and building lasting relationships.
• Must be able to travel domestically.
