QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications in Architecture and Project Management and other relevant certifications.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, contract review, scope of work creation, budget management, and project execution supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for managing various projects, reviewing contracts, managing budgets, and supervising project execution
• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Contract Review and Management: Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking, to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Monitoring and Control: Implement monitoring and control mechanisms to track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Project Execution Supervision: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
