In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage ISV APAC Project business, it's financials and respective APAC Project Managers and Documentation Controlling Teams - which are responsible to deliver projects within agreed scope, cost budgets, timescales & quality.
• Manage workloads, performances reviews, KPIs and recruitment related to PMO & Doc Controlling Team members.
• Ensure PMO project execution methodology is transversely applied to all projects from Quote to Cash.
• Take a proactive attitude to continuously improve Emerson's PMO Process - Tools, Techniques, Analysis and Exhibits
• Serve as first point of escalation related to PMO Orders - resolving issues and ensuring order prioritization.
• Interacts with PMO Global and Ops Global Teams unblocking issues related to APAC Orders.
• Provide leadership to the project team members and promote an environment conducive to successful team interaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge; PMP certification and further education in business administration, operations, or project management preferred.
• Proven experience in managing teams, setting up objectives, measurements, review processes and continuously improvement actions.
• Proven experience in a systems, software, process automation or application engineering capacity with relevant project and technical management experience.
• Proficiency in English and another language preferred (verbal and written); excellent communicator
• Solid financial knowledge and exposure to project planning.
• Strong social skills and excellent customer sense
• Interpersonal skills to build partnerships at the business management level
