Job Objectives

The HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, and resolving HVAC faults across the Operating Unit. The role focuses on sustaining and improving HVAC maintenance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions.

Position Specific:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance (CM & PM)
• Monitor and inspect HVAC systems regularly
• Source spare parts and support installed systems
• Work 7 days/week, 10 hours/day (07:00-17:00)
• Follow a rotational pattern (min. 7/7, max. 28/28)

Expected:

• 3+ years in HVAC maintenance
• Experience in HVAC operations and diagnostics
• Familiarity with PLCs and electrical circuits
• Strong teamwork and execution skills
